Dozens of Transfer Agreements Signed

April 24, 2018

Dozens of new transfer agreements signed over the past eight months – from Biotechnology to Nursing – provide another compelling reason for graduating high school students to start their higher education at 肉肉传媒.

"肉肉传媒 has a track record of moving students successfully from graduation directly into junior status at four-year colleges and universities," said college President Drew Matonak. "These new agreements, which cover programs from all four schools of the college, are an expansion of the many transfer opportunities we already offer current and prospective students. 肉肉传媒 is an affordable option and a smart choice for students on the path to a bachelor's degree and beyond."

School of Liberal Arts and Science
Students interested in completing a doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) degree now have another path through 肉肉传媒. Thanks to a new agreement with the University at Buffalo's School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, qualified students can start in 肉肉传媒's Biological Sciences associate degree program and complete the first two years of the six-year program.

The college already has transfer agreements in place with the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as well as Saint John Fischer College's Wegmans School of Pharmacy.

Additional recent agreements in the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences:

  • 肉肉传媒 A.S. in Fine Arts to B.F.A. in Fine Arts at Maine College of Art
  • 肉肉传媒 A.S. in Biotechnology to B.S. in Biotechnology at SUNY Cobleskill
  • 肉肉传媒 A.S. in Environmental Science to B.Tech in Environmental Management at SUNY Cobleskill

School of Health Sciences
Last month, the college inked an agreement with Empire State College that will allow seamless transfer for qualified students from several of its programs to the Allied Health B.S. degree offered by the SUNY online college. Designated tracks in the agreement will allow students to focus on the career path they hope to follow – teaching, community health, management or business tracks, for example, can be followed by graduates from the college's Dental Hygiene, EMT-Paramedic, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Care or Polysomnography programs.

The Dental Hygiene program also recently signed agreements with Excelsior College, Farmingdale State College and Vermont Technical Institute for those who wish to continue their education. These agreements give Dental Hygiene graduates a variety of options since all three baccalaureate degrees are offered completely online, and the Farmingdale agreement allows students to begin taking bachelor's degree courses during their final semester at 肉肉传媒.

Additional recent agreements in the School of Health Sciences:

  • 肉肉传媒 A.A.S. in Nursing to B.S. in Nursing at Siena College
  • 肉肉传媒 A.A.S. in Nursing to B.S. in Nursing at Maria College
  • 肉肉传媒 A.A.S. in Community Health Navigation to B.S. in Health Care Management at Maria College
  • 肉肉传媒 A.A.S. in Community Health Navigation to B.S. in Community Health at SUNY Potsdam

School of Engineering and Industrial Technologies
Late last fall, the college signed two agreements that could benefit students in its Engineering and Industrial Technologies programs. An agreement with Vermont Technical Institute will allow seamless transfer for qualified students in 肉肉传媒's Civil Engineering Technology program to VTI's B.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology degree. Also, qualified Construction Technology graduates from 肉肉传媒 can now transfer to SUNY Alfred State's B.S. in Construction Management.

School of Business
State University of New York colleges at Canton and Cobleskill have both signed recent agreements that can benefit students in 肉肉传媒's School of Business. Qualified students in the Business Administration, Marketing and Accounting programs can now seamlessly transfer into baccalaureate programs in Business Administration at SUNY Cobleskill, and graduates from 肉肉传媒's Business Administration programs can transfer directly into SUNY Canton's Business Administration and Healthcare Management degree programs.

Additionally, eligible graduates from the Digital Marketing and Business Administration programs will now be able to seamlessly transfer into bachelor's degree programs in Business Administration, International Business and Digital Marketing at New England College of Business. The agreement with the Boston-based private online school was signed last summer.
